Larimer County already had a tragic and well publicized case where of a man selling marijuana from his Red Feather Lakes home who was killed by a buyer, and the perpetrator quietly assumed control of his property - as was later demonstrated in the murder trial - she simply filed a transfer of deed with Larimer County before moving into his house taking “legal” possession as the new owner.
